Sit down or Buffet dinner service provided by Madison’s oldest and most reputable caterer. GAYLORD CATERING was established in 1963 and prides itself on primarily “made from scratch” food items from their own eastside kitchen facilities. They’ve been making mouth’s water and earning Best of Madison awards for years! Menus are available on their website at www.gaylordcatering.com or contact them at 608 222-1267. Connie is their dedicated wedding coordinator and will answer all questions to orchestrate the perfect dinner event, with a 100 person minimum. If you are flying from the Dane County Regional Airport, stay with us to START your trip or when you RETURN. An early flight? No problem. We are the closest hotel to the airport and our complimentary airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Too tired to drive home, after a long flight and a late arrival? No problem. We will bring you back to the hotel for a good night’s sleep and you can drive home, refreshed the next day. Plan on staying long enough to enjoy our complimentary hot breakfast buffet, served from 6-9:00am weekdays and 6-10:00am weekends. Best of all, you will save money by not parking at the airport, which costs about $10 per day! More money to spend on vacation and less hassle for you with our door-to-door service.
